3. User Accounts

Some features of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Fees and Payment

Fees for our consultation services are clearly stated on our website or will be provided to you prior to scheduling a consultation. All fees are due at the time of scheduling unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or communicated to you during the booking process.

4.1. Refund Policy

Consultations canceled more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Consultations canceled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Consultations canceled less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund. However, we may offer to reschedule at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, methodologies, and documentation provided to you during consultations are the intellectual property of ConsultPro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use these materials for your personal or business use as specifically agreed upon, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of information shared during consultations. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information you provide to us, except when disclosure is required by law or when you have given explicit permission. 7. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rome, Italy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
